Cancellations by Participants
- 14 or more days before the cohort start date: Full refund
- 7 to 13 days before the cohort start date: 50% refund (R1,000)
- Less than 7 days before the cohort start date: No refund. Your seat may, at our discretion, be transferred to another woman at no additional charge.
Cancellations by The Way She Walks
In the unlikely event that a cohort is cancelled by The Way She Walks, all registered participants will receive a full refund within 7 business days.
How to Request a Cancellation
Email hello@thewayshewalks.com with your name, cohort, and reason for cancellation. Refunds are processed via Paystack and may take 5–10 business days to reflect.
